During postal strikes post will be delayed, again we have no control over this, but we will do our best to find it for you. All our post because it goes through Etsy's system carries an anti-fraud QR Code, so if late or lost, when we put in a claim they will track it, but only when we put in the claim, we have no access to this, it is all done by Royal Mail.
