All our post is sent through Etsy's postal system, we post twice daily and have a 100% record with them. Any orders received before 3:30pm will be sent the same day, any orders received after 3:30pm will be sent at 10:45 the next day ( Monday to Friday). Weekends post is delivered to the sorting office priority post box by us at 5:00 pm. Once post leaves us we have no control with how fast Royal Mail delivers it. During postal strikes post will be delayed, again we have no control over this, but we will do our best to find it for you. All our post because it goes through Etsy's system carries an anti-fraud QR Code, so if late or lost, when we put in a claim they will track it, but only when we put in the claim, we have no access to this, it is all done by Royal Mail.
